To start, visit the library webpage: Finalassignmentlibrary.edu.

  • Use the Advanced Search option of the catalog to conduct a general search. Make sure to use keywords that may be relevant to your interest, like “fashion,” “apparel,” “French” or ”design.”
  • Our reference collection can also help you begin any research on the history of fashion. Reference Universe, an online database, can help you choose encyclopedias that are relevant to your topic. The site will also show you where the item is located in the FAL.
  1. On the library homepage, click the “databases” link on the left. Click on the bar and scroll down until you see “Reference Universe.” It will automatically connect to the site and you can begin your search.
